This blog is experiencing technical difficulties.

At the moment, this blog prefers getting drunk and lying in this blog's bed with covers pulled up over this blog's head to dealing with reality.

This blog will return when finds way of coping with depression over current state of world affairs and fear of future.

Goals for new and organized and goal-oriented life:

1)Find nice Canadian husband so can move to Toronto.
2)Wear less black.
3)Check all electrical appliances before before leaving for work in the morning so that roommate does not have to run into bedroom and pull burning clothes away from electrical candle bought in misguided attempt at holiday cheer.
4)Get over my unwillingness to spend money on expensive hair products so that well-meaning teachers at work will stop telling me how much they want to give me a makeover.
5)Send out Christmas cards on time this year instead of pathetically dropping them in the mailbox at the end of January and calling them 'seasonal.'
6)Blog regularly.
7)Floss regularly.
8)Stop trying to convince myself that I can count wine as fruit because it comes from grapes.
9)Stop thinking about ex-boyfriend and New and Improved Girlfriend.
10)Read The Brothers Karamazov so it will no longer perch accusingly on my nightstand.
11)Wear matching socks.
